Proxy reverse to inside HTTP internal port 57772

Is a layer before the internal HTTP of Caché/IRIS, such as a Reverse Proxy or API Gateway, a good option?

Example: I have an API using %CSP.REST, and I am using the internal port for development. But for production and approval, I put a reverse proxy using NGINX. Is this recommended? Is it an alternative?

Why Is GB WhatsApp $ZV Not Letting Me Schedule Messages Properly?

I recently installed the latest version of GB WhatsApp pro (version $ZV) to explore some of its enhanced features, particularly message scheduling. This function is supposed to let users set a time and date for a message to be sent automatically — ideal for reminders or late-night communication.

What I tried:
I went to the chat, tapped on the message scheduler icon, wrote my message, selected the recipient, and chose the time and date. The app even confirmed that the message was “scheduled.”

What I expected:
I expected the message to be automatically sent at the scheduled time, even if the app wasn’t open or the screen was off.

What actually happened:
Nothing. The message did not send, and there was no error message or prompt. I tried multiple times, even changing the device battery settings and permissions, but the scheduler seems to be non-functional in this version.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with version $ZV? Is there a known fix or workaround? Would love feedback or technical advice.

Qatar Flights: Economy vs. Business Class – Is the Splurge Really Worth It? (I Flew Both!)

Let’s set the scene. You’re searching for Qatar Flights, eyes glazing over at the price difference between Economy and Business Class. That Business Class seat looks like a spaceship pod promising pure bliss. Economy? Well, you know the drill. But is the gap really that wide? Is Business Class worth selling a kidney? Or can Economy surprise you? Having braved both cabins (hello, long-haul research!), I’m breaking down the real differences – no airline marketing fluff, just the honest truth to help you decide.

The First Glaring Difference: Your Wallet’s Reaction

  • Economy: This is where Qatar Flights often shine for value-seekers. You’ll find competitive fares, especially on sale or booked in advance. Think hundreds, maybe low thousands, depending on route and season.
  • Business Class: Prepare for sticker shock. We’re talking multiple times the Economy fare – often $3,000 to $8,000+ for long-haul return trips. This is a significant investment.

The Million-Dollar Question: Does the experience justify multiplying your fare? Let’s dive in.

1. Your Kingdom in the Sky: The Seat

  • Economy (The Real Talk):
    • What it is: A standard, relatively comfortable economy seat (31-32" pitch, 17-17.5" width). The adjustable headrest wings are a genuine game-changer for sleeping.
    • Feeling: Snug but manageable. You know you're in economy, but Qatar's version is arguably one of the best. Expect decent padding, a usable recline, and a sturdy build.
    • Best For: Budget-conscious travelers, shorter long-hauls (under 8 hours), those who prioritize destination over journey.
    • Achilles Heel: Legroom for the tall, shoulder space for the broad, and the universal economy truth: you can't fully stretch out.
  • Business Class (The "Is This Real Life?" Pod):
    • What it is: Qatar's famous Qsuite (on most routes) or a very comfortable angled/lie-flat seat. A fully enclosed private suite with a door on most aircraft. Converts into a genuine 6'6" lie-flat bed.
    • Feeling: Like your own private first-class apartment. Space is abundant. Privacy is absolute. You can work, dine, sleep, or just sprawl without touching your neighbor.
    • Best For: Long-haul flights (especially overnight), special occasions, business travelers needing productivity/rest, anyone valuing ultimate comfort and privacy.
    • Achilles Heel: The price. It’s undeniably a luxury.

Verdict: Business Class wins overwhelmingly on space, privacy, and sleep quality. It transforms the journey. Economy is comfortable for economy, but it’s still a confined space.

2. Feasting at 35,000 Feet: Food & Drink

  • Economy (Surprisingly Solid):
    • What you get: Included multi-course hot meals (usually 2 choices), appetizers, desserts, warm bread, and substantial mid-flight snacks. Quality is excellent for economy. Complimentary wine, beer, and spirits!
    • Feeling: "Wow, this is actually decent airline food!" Served on trays. Good variety and flavor.
    • Pro Tip: Order a Special Meal (free) for fresher food and priority service.
  • Business Class (Restaurant in the Sky):
    • What you get: "Dine on Demand." Order anything from an extensive à la carte menu whenever you want. Think gourmet dishes: Arabic mezze platters, grilled lobster, lamb chops, Arabic breakfast spreads, decadent desserts. Served on fine china with real cutlery and glassware. Premium champagne (Laurent Perrier, Moët), fine wines, cocktails, barista coffee.
    • Feeling: Like a high-end restaurant. Presentation is impeccable. Quality rivals good ground-based establishments. The flexibility is liberating.
    • Iconic Feature: The onboard bar on A380s (currently less common, check your aircraft) – a social space to mingle and sip.

Verdict: Business Class offers a vastly superior culinary experience – quality, choice, presentation, flexibility, and premium drinks. Economy food is impressive for its class and included, but it's still mass catering served on a tray.

3. Boredom? What Boredom? Entertainment & Comfort

  • Economy (Excellent Standard):
    • Oryx One: Huge library of movies, shows, music, games on a large touchscreen. Excellent noise-reducing headphones provided. Great for passing time.
    • Comfort: Basic amenity kit (socks, mask, plugs, toothbrush) on long-haul. Decent blanket & pillow. Frequent drink top-ups.
  • Business Class (Next Level Indulgence):
    • Oryx One: Same vast library, but often on a larger, higher-resolution screen.
    • Comfort: Luxurious amenity kits (BRIC's or Diptyque toiletries, high-quality eye mask, earplugs, dental kit, lip balm, often pajamas and slippers). Plush bedding (duvet, large pillow). Ample storage.
    • Extras: Much more power/USB options, often wireless charging.

Verdict: Both classes have top-tier entertainment. Business wins on physical comfort extras (PJs! Slippers! Premium bedding!) and amenities.

4. The Ground Game: Airport Experience

  • Economy: Use Hamad International Airport (HIA) like a pro. Enjoy free WiFi, comfortable seating, great facilities, and efficient transfers. Check-in at standard counters.
  • Business Class (Including Premium Economy & Privilege Club Elite):
    • Fast-Track: Priority check-in lanes, priority security, and priority boarding.
    • Lounge Access: Access to Qatar's stunning Al Mourjan Business Lounge in Doha (and often partner lounges elsewhere). Think showers, spa treatments (fee), extensive hot/cold buffets, barista stations, quiet zones, workspaces, nap rooms. It transforms a layover.

Verdict: Business Class provides a significantly smoother, calmer, and more luxurious airport experience, especially during connections in Doha.

The Ultimate Comparison Table: Qatar Flights Economy vs. Business

  • Feature Qatar Airways Economy Class Qatar Airways Business Class (Qsuite) Verdict: Is the Upgrade Worth It?
Price Competitive, Budget-Friendly Premium (3x-8x+ Economy) Economy wins on cost.
Seat Standard size, adjustable headrest wings (key!) Fully enclosed private suite w/ door, lie-flat bed Business wins overwhelmingly (Space/Privacy/Sleep).
Food & Drink Good quality included meals + snacks + free alcohol "Dine on Demand" gourmet à la carte + Premium Champagne/Wine Business wins (Quality/Flexibility/Experience).
Entertainment Excellent Oryx One system + headphones Excellent Oryx One (sometimes larger screen) Draw (Both excellent).
Amenities/Comfort Basic kit (long-haul), decent blanket/pillow Luxury kit (BRICs/Diptyque), PJs, Slippers, Plush Bedding Business wins (Luxury feel).
Airport Experience Standard check-in, enjoy HIA facilities Priority Check-in/Security/Boarding + Al Mourjan Lounge Access Business wins (Stress-free luxury).
Best Suited For Budget travelers, Shorter long-hauls, Value seekers Long-haul/Overnights, Special Occasions, Business, Ultimate Comfort Seekers Depends entirely on needs & budget!

So, When is Business Class on Qatar Flights Actually Worth It?

Consider Splurging If:

  1. You're Flying Ultra-Long-Haul (10+ hours): Especially overnight. The ability to sleep flat is transformative and makes arrival feel human.
  2. It's a Special Occasion: Honeymoon, milestone birthday, retirement trip? Business Class makes the journey part of the celebration.
  3. You're on Business: Productivity and arriving rested for meetings are paramount. The space, privacy, and sleep justify the cost.
  4. You Value Privacy & Space Above All: If being in a crowded cabin stresses you out, the Qsuite sanctuary is priceless.
  5. You Have Points/Miles: Using Avios or credit card points significantly reduces the cash outlay, making it a smarter value proposition.

Stick with Economy If:

  1. Budget is Your #1 Priority: The fare difference is substantial.
  2. Your Flight is Shorter (<8 hours): Economy is very manageable, especially with Qatar's amenities.
  3. You Prioritize Destination Spending: Would you rather spend $4,000 on the flight or on experiences at your destination?
  4. You Sleep Well Upright: If you can konk out anywhere, the lie-flat bed is less critical.
  5. You Found an Amazing Economy Sale: Qatar often has great deals.

The Bottom Line: It's About Value to You

Flying Qatar Flights in Economy is arguably the best value proposition in the sky for long-haul. You get a solid, comfortable experience with great food, entertainment, and service for a fair price.

Flying Business Class, especially the Qsuite, is a premium experience that redefines air travel. It's about indulgence, privacy, deep rest, and arriving truly refreshed. It justifies its cost for specific needs and occasions.

My Final Take: There's no single "right" answer. Qatar Flights offer an exceptional product at both ends. Choose Economy for smart value and a surprisingly good ride. Choose Business for a transformative journey that’s as memorable as the destination itself. Whichever you pick, you're flying one of the world's best. Now, go book that adventure!
